If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your product—opened or unopened—and we’ll take care of the rest.

Here’s How It Works

Hassle-Free Returns

You have 90 days from your order date to return products from your most recent order.

Sealed or Opened

Unopened and sealed products are eligible for a full refund. If you've tried different products or flavors, each one qualifies for a full refund, even if opened. However, for multiple opened units of the same product or flavor, only the first opened item will be refunded in full.

Refund Processed Quickly

Once we receive your returns most refunds are processed within 3-5 days of us receiving your return.

How to Get Started

STEP 1

Contact our team by calling 1-800-950-7111, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM (EST), or submit a return request by clicking this link. We’ll issue you and RMA and instructions on where to send your order back. 

STEP 2

Pack your item(s) and ship them back to us.  Please be sure to include your RMA number on the outside of your box.

STEP 3

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

A Few Quick Reminders

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. 
  • We aren’t responsible for late deliveries by carriers (like USPS or FedEx), but we’re happy to help you resolve any issues.
  • If you entered incorrect shipping info, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage and providing their own return shipping label.
