1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Visible Science Free Bottle Program ("Program") is a customer loyalty initiative offered by Visible Science ("we," "us," or "our") to eligible customers who have purchased our products through authorized marketplace partners. This Program is designed to thank our loyal customers with a complimentary product.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Qualified Purchases

To be eligible for this Program, you must have purchased a Visible Science product from one of our official authorized reselling partners on the following marketplaces:

  • Amazon: Purchases from GetNutraDeals only

  • Walmart: Purchases from Buyers Rewards only

  • eBay: Purchases from PersonalCare1 only

  • Groupon: Purchases from Herbal Research only

Important: Purchases from any other sellers, resellers, or third parties on these marketplaces DO NOT qualify for this offer.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

This offer is available to customers in the United States only.

2.3 Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

3. PROGRAM RULES AND LIMITATIONS

3.1 One-Time Per Product Limit

  • Each customer is eligible for ONE (1) free bottle per unique product SKU purchased

  • Example: If you purchased our Collagen Powder, you are entitled to one free bottle of Collagen Powder only

  • This is a lifetime limit - subsequent purchases of the same product do not qualify for additional free bottles

3.2 Multiple Product Eligibility

  • Different products qualify separately

  • Example: If you purchased both Collagen Powder and Vitamin C Serum, you may claim one free bottle of each product

  • Each product claim must be submitted separately with corresponding proof of purchase

3.3 Household Limitation

  • Limited to one claim per product per household/shipping address

  • We reserve the right to verify household information

3.4 Time Limitation

  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this Program at any time

4. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

4.1 Proof of Purchase

You must provide valid proof of purchase, which includes:

  • Order number or Order ID

  • Purchase receipt or invoice clearly showing:

    • Product name

    • Seller name (must match our authorized partners)

    • Purchase date

    • Marketplace platform

4.2 Claim Submission

  • All claims must be submitted through the official form at visiblescience.com/free

  • Incomplete or fraudulent submissions will be rejected

  • We reserve the right to request additional verification

4.3 Processing Time

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for claim review

  • Approved claims will be shipped within 7-10 business days

  • You will receive email confirmation upon approval

5. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

5.1 No Review Requirement

This free bottle is NOT in exchange for a review. You are under no obligation to leave a review, testimonial, or feedback of any kind to receive or after receiving your free product. However, we always appreciate honest customer feedback if you choose to share your experience.

5.2 No Cash Value

  • This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

  • Free bottles cannot be resold

5.3 Shipping

  • Standard shipping is included at no cost to eligible customers

  • Expedited shipping is not available for free bottle claims

  • We ship only to addresses within the United States

5.4 Product Availability

  • Offer subject to product availability

  • We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value if your claimed product is out of stock

  • In case of permanent unavailability, we will notify you and may offer alternatives

6. PROGRAM INTEGRITY

6.1 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims that appear fraudulent or do not meet eligibility requirements

  • Terminate participation privileges for abuse of the Program

  • Take legal action against fraudulent claims

6.2 Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice

  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program.
